
Nigeria’s former Minister of Education, Obiageli Ezekwesili has been given an international appointment.
She revealed in a post on X on Tuesday that she has accepted an invitation to become an Advisor to Club de Madrid.
According to her post, Club de Madrid is “the world’s largest forum of democratic former Presidents and Prime Ministers”.
Ezekwesili explained that the forum leverage their individual and collective leadership experience and global reach to strengthen inclusive democratic practice and improve the well-being of people around the world.
The post read: “I accepted the invitation to become an Advisor to @ClubdeMadrid – Club de Madrid, “the world’s largest forum of democratic former Presidents and Prime Ministers, who leverage their individual and collective leadership experience and global reach to strengthen inclusive democratic practice and improve the well-being of people around the world”.
