Three former vice presidents of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, Namadi
Smabo and Yemi Osinbajo met on Friday in Ondo State.
Atiku, former presidential candidate of the Peoples
Democratic Party, PDP, disclosed this in a post on his official X handle.
The former VP disclosed that he was warmly received at the
Akure Aiport in Ondo State by Osinbajo, Sambo and other stakeholders ahead of a
coronation in Osun State.
The coronation of HRH Owa Obokun Adimula and Paramount Ruler
of Ijesaland, Oba Clement Adesuyi Haastrup is taking place on Friday.
Ahead of the coronation ceremony, the Osun State Command of
the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, and other relevant
agencies deployed operatives for the success of the event.
The coronation, which will hold at Obokungbusi Hall, Ilesa,
with the reception taking place on the premises of Ilesa Grammar School, is
expected to be attended by important dignitaries across the country and beyond.
