SURVEYORS DEMAND STRONGER ENFORCEMENT TO CURB QUACKERY
The Association of Private Practicing Surveyors of Nigeria (APPSN), a subgroup of the Nigerian Institute of Surveyors, has emphasized the need for a unified approach to combat the widespread issue of quackery in the surveying profession through stricter enforcement.
During the 2024 annual professional workshop and luncheon themed “The Practice of Cadastral: Understanding the Technicalities, Ethics, Market Dynamics, Policies, Innovation/Reforms, Value-Added Services, and its Politics,” the surveyors called on their peers to uphold ethical standards.
